If you have contacted us for a Private appointment with Nancy or a Go Talk To Nancy appointment you will be assigned a Login and Password to take your questionnaire prior to the appointment. This is not a questionnaire that your self register for, we act as the gatekeepers since it is a private and seperate site.
Within the text of your email assigning you with the Login and Password was a hyperlink to the site. In the event you need to access the site without the email please call us at 916-443-6795 and we will give you the site. Or you may send a email to
asknancy@comcast.net letting us know you need site link.
If you are retesting you will be sent a email which allows you to retest. You cannot retest without our permission and us assigning a retest access.
Sorry for the strict policy, however this is not the website test that you often find on the internet available to all. It is for our private clients.
