This led us to our “Go Talk to Nancy” appointment service.

 

You may have been sent our way by a friend or family member today if you are at a stopping point regarding a current health matter. We understand that you are looking to talk a seasoned professional on what your next steps could be to get you successful results. This appointment is a great entry point for both new and existing clients if you just want to sort out some health questions and get Nancy’s private time that will be “all about you”.

 

To do just that we designed this service to offer you a way to have a meaningful conversation in a coordinated manner with Nancy that makes the difference to you and your life.

 

This program, which is a mini private appointment, offers you the following:

 

  • A professional Health Appraisal Questionnaire (HAQ) which collects your information on your health and systematically lays them to the various areas of health systems so you begin seeing the areas that need support.

  • Allows your personal input by using a companion questionnaire on what has been happening in the immediate past, what’s happening now and what you want to happen in the future, this starts setting your goals

  • Allows Nancy a chance to review your information before you meet on the phone to talk, this maximizes your valuable time together

  • A scheduled private conversation on the phone with Nancy to give you support and input of what actions to take regarding your health concerns.

  • A report emailed to you of your Health Concerns with suggested action steps and a voice memo that gives you a summary of your time together.

We begin our appointment process by having you take an extensive Health Appraisal Questionnaire.  This allows both of us to step back and look at the big picture of your health.  There are too few full health assessments done for the public when they begin to experience health concerns.  More challenging is when someone has a lingering health matter and their experience of their "caring for their health" begins to get broken into the bits and pieces of their symptoms.  Anyone can become overwelmed by the feeling of not knowing which ways to support their health next... and this is even more diffcult to sort out when you are not feeling good.  Taking the time to invest in your health, by collecting your information, you put in place a measurement of accountability to your health care approach.

Our "Go Talk to Nancy" forms give you the ability to go back and assess through future retesting whether or not your changes in diet, lifestyle and supplementation is making the difference in your health and exactly where.  When we says “accountability" in your wholistic approach we mean you begin to understand what you can count on to make a difference, and let go of the things that aren’t working.  The picture of your health improves as does vision for your future. 

Next we have you fill out a companion questions so you are contributing your input to the process.

We begin the process in our conversation of you laying down health goals where you will take action.

The efficiency of this appointment is that Nancy gets to have a chance to review you documentation and input before the appointment time.  You and she start on the same page of where in your health you want to start getting improvement.  

With over 2o years of experience and after having worked with over 40,000 clients and performing over 35,000 hours of one on one coaching with these loyal clients, Nancy knows that often she needs to suggest an initial change in diet and supplementation and then you as the client experiences how your health will responses to the changes over the coming weeks.  This is the foundation of Functional health care which recognizes your bio-chemical unquiness.  Given the way in which your body responses to your new behavior choices will give you the clues to your next step.  By breaking up the appointments in smaller, more effective and economical times together is just the smarter way to work with a health coach.

Since the collection of information is done on secured internet sites and appointments are done by phone this appointment structure is available to clients across the country.  We began doing phone appointments over 15 years ago for friends and  family members of our local clients and doctor referrals.

We have a lot of experience of being able to be distance in location, yet intimate in service and care.
